● About
A marketing partner
for the long game.
Elkhawaga is a UAE-based marketing agency. Brand, performance, content, and the software to glue it together. We work with ambitious teams across the Emirates and the wider GCC.
01 / The thesis
Most agencies are picking sides in a fight that already ended.
For a decade, the industry split itself into “brand shops” and “performance shops”. One did the identity. The other did the spend. They almost never talked.
That split made sense when channels were stable and brand could be measured on a five-year cycle. It hasn't made sense for a long time.
Brand work that doesn't move performance numbers is expensive theatre. Performance work that doesn't build brand equity is a hamster wheel that gets more expensive every year. Both happen everywhere we look.
Elkhawaga is built to run both — and to make them argue with each other inside one team — so the work actually compounds instead of leaking value to the seam between two suppliers.
02 / How we work
Four rules
we won't break.
01
Strategy first.
Every engagement starts with the business question, not the deliverable. Channels and tactics come later — and they come last.
02
Builders, not consultants.
Our team ships work. Decks are a byproduct of doing the thinking out loud, not the product we charge for.
03
Measured by outcomes.
We report against revenue, leads, and growth — not impressions, reach, or engagement rates that nobody acts on.
04
Independent on principle.
We don't take undisclosed commissions, and we're happy to recommend you don't spend on the channels we run.

04 / The team
Small enough to ship.
Senior enough to argue.
Strategists who've sat in CMO seats. Performance leads who've run nine-figure spends. Creatives who've shipped category-defining work in retail, hospitality, and luxury. An in-house technology team via our partner Byload UAE when the marketing brief turns into a software brief.
We're intentionally a small senior bench. We say no often enough to say yes properly when the work matters.
